With over 50 years of experience living in Floral Park, I’ve seen the neighborhood evolve and thrive. Having raised two children here who graduated with honors and became successful doctors, I deeply understand the value of family and community.

I have been actively involved in serving the Queens area, contributing to organizations such as the Holy Rosary Society, the Fil-Am Community, and the Pastoral Committee. As an active member of JCI Queens, I have dedicated my time to improving the lives of those in need.

In addition to serving locally, I am passionate about helping children in my hometown in the Philippines. Through initiatives such as the Camp Moses Feeding Program, fundraising campaigns, and a dental-medical mission with volunteers from Canada, I’ve been able to provide food, school supplies, and dental care to children in need. These efforts include planting sustainable crops and raising animals to promote long-term self-sufficiency. I am always open to donations and support for these ongoing projects.

In my personal life, I have been happily married for 51 years, with the support of my partner in both community service and family life. As a senior citizen myself, I specialize in helping senior buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process.

I’m also an avid traveler, exploring new countries and cultures every year, which broadens my perspective and enhances my ability to serve clients from all walks of life. With 8 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent, I continue to expand my expertise through advanced certifications, including ABR and PSA courses. I am fully dedicated to finding the best homes for my clients and ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
